Once an order leaves our facility, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.
Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
