This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, and shipping fees for purchases made through bcvapor.com.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Canada only.
At this time, international shipping is not available due to regional vaping product restrictions.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We use reliable Canadian carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.
Typical delivery timelines:
Local (BC): 2–4 business days
Western Canada: 3–5 business days
Eastern Canada: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas / Territories: Up to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier schedules, weather conditions, or holidays.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our site when available.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link so you can follow your order’s progress in real time.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
6. Age Verification Upon Delivery
In compliance with Canadian vaping laws, proof of age (19 +) may be required upon delivery.
Couriers may request valid government-issued ID.
Orders that fail age verification will be returned to sender and refunded minus shipping costs.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos of the packaging and product.
We will work directly with the courier to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
BC Vapor is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Orders refused at delivery will be refunded minus shipping and restocking costs.
9. Split Shipments
If an order includes multiple items, some products may ship separately based on availability or warehouse location.
You’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.
