The Aegis Boost SE device is identical to the original release with an ergonomic IP67 waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof body featuring a comfortable curved back with a stitched leather inlay panel. The 1500mAh internal cell charges at 1.5A via micro USB, and the AS chipset delivers 5 – 40W of power to atomizers in the resistance range of 0.2Ω – 3.0Ω, with under 0.08s response time. The device has a triple button interface with a responsive firing button, and a 0.42″ clearly displays the settings. (operating instructions below)

The Aegis Boost SE is a hybrid pod system with a secure clip in connection that includes a single refillable pod, and is compatible with RDTA top sold separately (not included). The Aegis Boost SE pod has a new spring loaded top fill port that prevents leaks and spills, with a capacity for 3.7mL of e-liquid. A front side rotating airflow allows you to adjust the draw resistance between MTL and restrictive DTL, and the release button is on the back side. The pod has a removable whistle shaped drip tip with a protective clip on cover, and a circular tapered drip tip is included. The Aegis Boost SE pod is compatible with B Series coils that press fit into the base, with a lock that securely holds the atomizer in place. The pod has a B0.4 KA1 mesh 0.4Ω coil rated for 25 – 35W pre-installed, and a B0.6 KA1 mesh 0.6Ω coil (15 – 25W) is included.

Instructions:

• Turn On/Off:
  • Rapidly press the fire button 5 times within 2s.
• Power Adjustment:
  • Press the up/down button to adjust the power in 0.5W increments.
  • Hold the up/down button for 1s to enter quick adjustment in 1W increments.
  • Quick adjustment stops automatically after reaching the min/max power.
  • Increasing output at max power restarts at min power.
  • Decreasing output at min power restarts at max power.
• Puff Settings:
  • With the device unlocked, press and hold the fire button and down button to enter puff settings mode.
    • Press down to clear puffs. Press up to cancel.
    • Press and hold the fire button 0.8s to exit.
  • Device automatically exits puff settings mode after 5s of inactivity.
• Lock & Unlock:
  • Press and hold the up and down buttons for 2s to lock parameter adjustments.
  • While parameters locked, rapidly press the fire button 3 times within 2s to lock/unlock the fire button.
  • While locked, press and hold the up and down buttons for 2s to unlock all buttons
• Version Info Display:
  • With the device turned off, press and hold the up and down buttons for 2s.
• Factory Reset:
  • While version information is displayed, press the up, down, and fire buttons simultaneously.
• Screen Standby:
  • The device automatically enters standby mode after 10s of inactivity, and deactivates the screen.
• Prompts:
  • 10s Timeout: output is over 10s
  • Low Battery: voltage under 3.2V – recharge necessary
  • High Temperature: device temperature over 65°C before use or over 80°C during use
  • Resistance: user prompted to confirm when coil resistance change is detected
  • No Atomizer: press the fire button without a coil detected
  • Atomizer Short: if the coil resistance is too low, or the atomizer has short circuited
  • Locked: after locking parameter adjustments or the fire button
  • Unlock: after unlocking the fire button or all buttons
